Listings and inquiries

Tiraveo helps people explore property listings and contact owners. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of their descriptions, photographs, rental terms and permission to offer a property. Publication or moderation does not guarantee ownership verification, suitability, safety or availability.

A guest website inquiry is a private contact request. The owner follows up manually. Sending an inquiry does not reserve dates, create a rental agreement or confirm a booking. Signed-in web and app requests and conversations must be read according to their displayed status; a pending request is not an owner confirmation.

Rates, dates and payments

Displayed rates, minimum stays, utility terms, cleaning charges and refundable deposits should be confirmed with the owner. Unmarked calendar dates are not guaranteed availability; checkout dates are excluded from blocked nights. Owners and guests should agree on the property, dates, full charges, cancellation and deposit-return terms before proceeding.

Sending a listing inquiry does not collect payment. Where the merchant has activated online payments, an owner may issue a separate payment request after confirming agreed booking dates. Check the named merchant, exact amount, purpose and cancellation/refund terms before paying through the displayed provider’s hosted checkout (PayPal or PayMongo). A payment request is the amount due now, not necessarily the full cost of the stay, and does not authorize recurring charges. Closing checkout or returning to Tiraveo does not prove a successful payment; rely on verified status and the provider reference. Contact the named merchant for an invoice or refund assistance. Provider refund windows and the agreed terms apply. Local demo transactions and test-mode payments are not real money. Tiraveo does not promise escrow, payouts to unrelated property owners, rental income or guaranteed occupancy.

Use the service responsibly

Provide truthful information and share only content and photos you have permission to use. Do not submit fraudulent listings, impersonate another person, harass others, discriminate unlawfully, publish private information, send spam or attempt to access someone else’s private records. Report concerns through the Contact page. The operator may restrict content or access to address misuse.

Optional Scout assistance

AI-generated drafts, plans and public sources need human review. They are not verified renter leads, legal advice or a promise of results. Nothing is automatically published or sent to renters because you generated an AI response.
